Job Description

Optimi is currently looking to hire an individual with exceptional leadership and personnel management skills to join the team as an academic support services manager. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work. The requirements for this role are a Grade 12 pass or equivalent, education and/or management qualification, 5 years of relevant experience, computer literacy, fluency in English and preferably in Afrikaans, willingness to travel during the practical assessment processes, availability to work overtime when required, and ability to operate in a very diverse environment.
