Job Description

Optimi is currently looking to hire an individual with excellent communication skills to join the team as a project manager for learnerships. The ideal candidate should be deadline-driven and have excellent management skills. The requirements for this role are Grade 12 or equivalent, a diploma/degree in training/development/education/project management, two years’ relevant experience, recruitment experience, and BB-BEE knowledge. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, fluent in English and any other additional language, have their own reliable vehicle, and should be willing to travel and stay overnight.
